I do have to say I disagree. We used Amazon and Targets off brand with our daughter and neither worked. Then used the name brand it worked every time no issue. Generally speaking they have the same ingredients but different results

Outside of the this sale, it's the baby or children's version on Amazon that has had the lower price than the regular version for quite a while now. On sale, the children's version still wins...I got the children's one for $10.48 last month.

And they aren't just essentially the same...they are the same. A company rep confirmed it, and the different labeling is just for marketing, which makes sense - "I want the baby version that's being sold in the baby aisle."
