I was able to use this with the target circle $20 bonus when you make two separate purchases of $90 or more

That has the standard way of calculating it. Not weird at all since the charge for the gift card is $85.

Weirdly only getting $4.25 off w/ 5% RedCard discount. Apparently Target is treating the $15 bonus as a discount. So only getting 5% off $85.

Yes. You can load up to $2000 into your Apple account at a time and use that to buy a phone.

But it's not. Checkout clearly shows the charge for Apple gift card is $100 and the $15 Target gift card is included. But I shouldn't be surprised at your response since the average person will consider an included gift card as a discount off the paid price.

I got 3 in the app, then 4th order cancelled. Went to physical Target store and picked up 2 more with the same CC, worked fine, so got 5 total now. Considering picking up more to get through my Discover CB Quarter, since I have Cashback Match through December, making it effectively 10% back on Target purchases. $500 in Apple GCs will probably last me 1-2 years though so not sure if I want anymore, LOL.
