Saw three boxes of these MSI laptops on clearance in the glass case where they keep expensive clearance items, so this is YMMV. Clearance sticker shows $269.99 where the regular price was $699.99. Looks like a good deal to me. The specs I saw was:
  1. Intel Core i5-11400H
  2. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
  3. 8GB DDR4
  4. 256GB NVMe SSD
  5. 15.6" 60Hz FHD Thin Bezel IPS screen
  6. Windows 11
  7. 4.1 lbs
  8. 51Wh Lithium-Polymer battery

Brickseek link [brickseek.com]

Again huge YMMV. Happy hunting!

the GTX 1650 is a pretty weak card with 4GB of VRAM, but you *can* play Baldur's Gate 3 and Elder Scrolls Online on it, if you're willing to do it at a pretty low visual quality. Usable. Not good, but at that price, this could get someone into PC gaming who otherwise wouldn't be able to

1650 is probably the highest end card that has ever been in a sub-$300 laptop that wasn't a pricing error

Classic Brickseek deal. Except it looks like their deals are falling behind in terms of generation, being 3 generations old as opposed to 1. Which just means these aren't going to be the 2x or 3x flips of prior years. Best of luck and congrats to anyone who manages to get one of these.

Overkill for Minecraft and Roblox, throw down some Overwatch 1 and play the Witcher 3 on low settings. Don't attempt any modern day games unless you're streaming the game, lol.

Probably runs Silksong like a dream! 😂

Well. You guys are forgetting emulation. This is perfect for switch emulation and lower cost than a steam deck.

No the f it's not. I have a core i7 a core i9 a 3040 TI and 3080 16 GB variant in that's still chugging switch emulation is not perfect
