There are also some budget friendly upgrades you can keep an eye out for specifically a GPU, more RAM, more and storage which is not always possible with the bang for your buck used hp and dell desktops, but after those you will hit diminishing returns.
If you want a system that is substantially better including a gpu with a long-term upgrade path and fun aesthetics it will be 2-3 times the price.
Would the cpu bottleneck a 5070 super 18gb if I buy it in the future?
