The other lithium AA batteries I've used will charge from 5V, either across the leads or with a separate USB port. The included charger just splits 5V from USB. The charge controller (and indicator LED) is built into the battery. This looks different. The charger advertises all kinds of safety features and the indicators are on the charger. I don't think these batteries or this charger are compatible with any other brand's batteries and charger.

There is only one "method' to charge these. 5V USB goes into the battery.
Charge is controlled internally. You supply the current via a 'charger' powered by 5v USB or with a USB cord directly via a port.
The charging "Ssignal-LED light" is either on the battery or on the charger.
I have both methods/types of batteries. Both methods work. I've found that the USB charge type will charge fine in the external chargers. Even the LED light works.
NOTE-You CANNOT charge these is a 'regular' NiMh charger. Nope. Won't work. Bad idea. If you tried and it didn't work....that's on you. Read directions.

FWIW, "in general" the NON-USB charge type tend to have more capacity than the USB-charge since there is a bit more space for the lithium inside. I don't know if that is cause or correlation.
I see nothing particularly weird or unusual about these batteries or their charger.
Their claim of 2300mHh is another issue.
Most don't seem to live up to their capacity claims.
At $2.50/battery it's not a big risk to test and report back.

It seems like there is a big push on this brand lately in Slickdeals.

Hey, could you show me where the USB charging port is on these batteries? I can't seem to find it in the photos.

The shrill is strong with this one but I looked up the company and it seems like they've been around for 50+ years. For $9 I decided to gamble just for the lols . Tiger Head Hi Watt if you want to go down the rabbit hole

I remember I used and it's common for HW 9V when I grew up in HK, recognized it when saw the blue/red logo. One of the cheapest brand at the time. But just like many HK brands, they were acquired by China company, so the history actually not that relevant anymore. I don't think I have seen this brand for many years when going back HK. or they just like its tile they do OEM mostly. At least, seems they are an actual manufacturer unlike many others are name only

As @GhostGrayBolt says, there is none. If you have an appropriate charger that will likely work. If not you either skips this deal or get the charger with it.
I have 3 different chargers that could work, so one likely will. For that price I decided to try them, test them (properly) and see if they are any good.
