If you already have a reliable drill, get these brushes instead.

Agreed. The product sucks compared to using your drill.

What's the reach with these plus the drill? 10 inches?

Drills aren't typically waterproof. This one looks weak and small with a terrible battery but it might be nice for places where you'd risk getting a drill wet like doing dishes.
Also, omg those drill brushes are so much better now with the new brush that has bristles out the side. I already have a set but I'm buying another just for that brush.

Last I remember you don't use the drill WHILE showering 😝

Tried, using a drill is pretty annoying to use with the weird angle.

And you've tried this?

The benefit in OP's product is that the rotational motor is on the end of the extension, not on the end that's closest to you.

I have both a wired and wireless B&D drill but I absolutely wouldn't trust any kind of extension to do any serious kind of work, much less stay in for very long.

Those extensions are probably ok as a driver function (where you're pushing directly forward), but not for something that needs force at multiple angles at the end of the extension.

I have drill brushes similar to the ones you linked as well as a dedicated cleaning scrubber similar to the one in the OP. I prefer the dedicated cleaning scrubber personally for most house cleaning tasks because using the brushes on my drill gets cleaner, debris, and water on my drill and also on myself. The drill is much more powerful but it's also heavier and awkward when trying to clean a shower for example where you may have awkward angles you need to get into. I can clean my shower much faster with the longer reach of the dedicated cleaning scrubber vs. drill as well. I still use the drill brush for cleaning stuff like car floor mats though. FYI, the metal on my drill brushes also rusted.
