who need Apple Pencil USB-C?

It doesn't. Lacks tilt sensing. Fine for writing notes and sketching. Not so good for drawing and art creation.
It does have tilt sensitivity. Doesnt have pressure sensitivity. I have one and it works about as well as my Apple Pencil 2 in terms of note taking and accuracy, only downside is the no pressure sensitivity. I think this is a much better value pick than the Apple Pencil USB-C, because that doesn't have pressure sensitivity either.
How are the tips compared to apple pencil. I saw some tips scratch display but those were times with laminated screens.
They're similar imo, i take notes for class and it's basically the same experience Apple Pencil 2 to this
