I've got two of these in the house now, and they work great for me. mid 80's block home and the signal seems to get across my property just fine using the 6GHz backbone. Big family, lots of devices. Thinking of adding another one so I can broadcast my local tv antennae over my wifi again.

I got this 3 pack in April. It has performed flawlessly since then in my 3300 sq feet home and covers my yard too!

Got these as part of the Prime day deals in July. They have been flawless since day 1. My previous TP Link WiFi 5 mesh network struggled with range and wall penetration. No such issues with this one.

Also, the Prime day price was $200 with 25% cash back for prime card holders

Got this on sale 3 years ago. No hiccups. Very reliable and delivers consistently. I tried eero (6e) and google nest before switching (both of them terrible -eero was not good with the summer heat, and Google Nest's super inconsistent software makes it hard to use.)

I have 5 of these nodes and while it was working great for a bit, it was not able to handle the 250+ devices I had connecting to it.

the app is nice with a lot of easy to use features.

unless you have the need to setup your own firewall rules and setup specific forwarding rules, this will work fine.

if you however want to do gaming, I wouldn't recommend this due to latency issues.

I have a slightly different version of this with the 2.5GBs port since April 2025 and it has worked great with no issues.

Got these from Costco, coming close to 2 years probably. It covers a little over 3000sqft, so know it'll cover a neighbors house so don't leave the guest network on if you don't want leeches. The price now is better than before, just know to be patient on firmware updates as it takes them a while to release versions from beta testing.
Also, know you'll be setting this up with a mobile device, like Android and iOS. Which can surprise some less tech savvy users.
