I have an old refurbished jura impressa c5 from 2008 that has been in my small office (1-4 employees) and seen almost daily use. There was a small hose that leaked about seven years ago that required me to put a small clamp on it and the water container lid is cracked on one of two hinges (still useable) but other than that, it still brews! I use a gaggia automatic at home and both are great

I have an S8 - more expensive model, but I love it. Cost quite a bit more though.

The only thing in your post that I'd caution - that 2 year warranty on a new unit is from Jura, who's pretty responsive to warranty claims. This is Allstate - where what you get out of warranty is truly the definition of hit or miss. Anyone who's ever made a PC claim can attest to that. I know for cheaper items, they're decent enough (warranty a hundred dollar item and many times it's a simple payout). But what they'll do for you if a thousand dollar espresso machine conks out is up for debate.

Just my two cents from an espresso lover. I really wanted to like the Jura machines. I had an ENA8 and a Z6. They were my only superautomatic machines, but I could never get a really good shot from either. I also really didn't like the milk system, which requires keeping the milk in a separate container and connecting it via a hose every time you want to use it. I found it wasteful, and it requires a lot more detailed cleaning, plus the milk in the container goes sour much faster even kept in the fridge between usages.
Although it's not a superautomatic, I ended up with a Breville Dual Boiler (and eventually an Oracle). There are a few more steps, like moving the portafilter between the grinder and the brew head, but the shot quality was so much better. Also, steaming milk with a steaming wand gives a better texture, is easier to clean, and less wasteful on the milk.

The only way to make the best coffee is to pull it yourself with fresh beans.

No $10,000 automatic coffee machine can do it for you unless you're Starbucks. Even with them, they have employees who do it. I might add, I can pull better coffee on my Breville than most Starbucks employees.
