Helped my cousin clean his deceased mom's stained kitchen tile floor and shower tile and floor. Instead of tons of scrubbing on hands-and-knees with bristle brushes, we used this. Liked it so much I bought a second one for me.

I first bought it from Amazon for $124, but returned it when I saw the Sam's Club link from Skil's website for $49. Amazing deal IMO.
Not only is the Sam's Club version cheaper, it includes an extra attachment (the triangular hard bristle brush) that I had ordered from Amazon for extra $$)
