Without doing a lot of digging, are these panel able to be permanently mounted?

Technically yes, but they are not built to stay mounted. They will break down a lot faster than rigid panels.

Unfamiliar with this OUPES brand but this set looks like it was put together by someone who lives in a constant state of flux like digital nomad who's jumping from one place to another every 2 weeks.

Either that or this is a desperate salad of various things they just happen to carry.

What is the Shelving unit on wheels doing here? Is this meant to be taken camping? If so, who uses Shelving units while camping?

Are these meant to be used by an apartment dweller? Then what are these portable panels doing?
Higher quality panels that can be mounted from a patio would be much better and are getting really popular. The battery needs to be on sturdy, immobile shelves - the wheels are a liability when such a heavy unit could topple over and catch fire.

The pricing is wrong too. The Inverter looks pretty sturdy on paper but Im not paying $2k to find out. Also $2k for a 5kWh unit is a pretty steep price - this is slickdeals after all!

I wish this OUPES brand the best but they don't seem to be a good fit for slickdeals - those prepper forums where they don't worry too much about saving dollars would be a much better fit!
