I have the big agnes seedhouse SL2 which is a great lightweight tent. It is my second one because they carry a lifetime warranty. I just sent the old one (seam tape delamination) and got the newer model. They even sent a foot print free of charge with it. Great company and also a great tent.

Wow I have the Wyoming Trail 2 and the junction point of the poles broke on the first trip out. Messaged Big Agnes and they sent me the repair rates it would cost me to replace. Said it wasn't covered. I was shocked. Bought it on sale like this for about $400. Everyone says they are a great company, will have to try again I guess.

It is probably they feel it is accidental vs. defect. They asked me to send the tent to see if there was a problem with the manufacturing and the news came back that they will send me a new tent with a footprint. That was about 8 years ago though.
