I hate it. It's a plastic piece of shit.
It creaks. It squeals. I know it won't last.
That said, the truth is that it IS a very powerful vacuum. The suction is so hard that turning it will make the whole thing flex (because it's a plastic piece of shit); at which point the seals and gaskets leak and it makes a dolphin sound. It also emits a burning plastic smell.
Dyson's old vacuums were built solid, but not any more. Today, they are intentioned for planned obsolescence. Go read forums and reddit on what the community says. Don't listen to paid reviewers like Vacuum Wars. Too many shills.
But the biggest flaw is the head pops off every 5-10 minutes. It's a very well documented problem. The clip doesn't hold and you'll be vacuuming and it will just come off and you have to shut it off and reattach it. I'm prob going to return it. Too bad. It sucks up dirt and hair like nothing I've seen. But the issues outright the good.
