And if you ran out of time to return it then maybe buy another 4 pack and then return the original 4 pack? I don't feel like that's dishonest when the product is bad and you just ran out of return time.

Good price for great filament! Paid $45 for this bundle back in March and it was a good deal then. $2 less is even slicker.

The last batch I got of this (the black) was completely unusable. It kept snapping. I even put them in the dryer out of the box, and they still were completely brittle.

Weird. Mine printed beautifully right out of the package and haven't had a bit of trouble with it in my Bambu Lab X1C + AMS (x3). Just ordered another set at this price as I'm nearly out. Bummer you had issues, but that's not my experience. Hope you returned/exchanged it.

My AMS 2 has had trouble with pulling the filament back on these. I've done the tape trick and it helped with feeding, but still has issues pulling the filament back. No issues with any other Sunlu filament.

Edit: my spools are clear, almost acrylic looking. Maybe they've updated them?

I have roll back issues with a lot of diff brand spools with my any cubic ACE Pro. I don't think the various AMS units like all the spool varieties. Lots of models out there to add ridges and so forth to outer ring of spool for better traction in AMS. I can usually AMS switch to and from the same filament twice before it doesn't roll back enough and causes some mess in my AMS. I just roll them back manually at the start of a print and it usually works well for me.

This is around the normal sale price for the Sunlu Silk bundles. Bought this exact bundle for about .50c more a couple months ago.

This bundle has been around $54 since March aside from a $45 sale in July. Now is a good time to buy.

Absolutely love it! I just need it to start paying for itself. Hardly a day goes by when I'm not printing something. I'm extremely tempted to but another at the price they've dropped to, but I can't justify it unless I start selling stuff. If I didn't already have one, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to buy it again.

I'll sound like a fanboy...but TBH there is really no other choice than Bambu if you want something that "just prints" and you don't have to fuss with. You can't upgrade it like you can with some other brands, and it's annoying that they locked down their firmware.....but my P1S is ultra reliable. The only failed prints I've had in the 3 months I've had it are because I didn't clean the build plate frequently enough.

Are you 22 years old with a bunch of time on your hands and you love to tinker and upgrade? Go for something else you can dink around with. But if you want a rock solid printer that "just prints", get that Bambu printer you've been eyeing.

I'm also not trying to be a fanboy, but I just picked up an A1 mini and a P1P (I have access to cheap poly sheets to make my own enclosure) to replace my Ender 3v2. It was nice learning on the Ender, but I needed to get something printed on a schedule and didn't want the headache. I didn't get the AMS because I have no plans to sell anything that I wouldn't just paint anyway. I've also only been using the filament from these cheaper deals with no problems (PLA, PLA ultra, PLA+).

Sounds like you put your dryer at too high a temperature and hit the glass transition state. Either that or your dryer can't maintain a stable temperature.
