even at 30$ its to much work to attach that thing to an impact for a few cuts. i could just use a manual displacement cutter almost as fast

Yeah, but depending on how much you have to cut......you do it once you don't have to worry about it

I don't use the the bottom support I just click it into an impact and hold it steady. Sure beats a hand tool if you have the space if I could find it for this price I'd pick up another

Do you find it pretty easy to hold it by hand? I thought the bracket seemed unnecessary as long as it can be held firmly as it doesn't seem like there'd be much torque at all, was also hoping to do the same with the pvc cutter, did you get that as well?
