Sadly it seems this is the best deal we are going to get anymore. I haven't seen the $5 off $50 for several months now.

5% doesn't even cover the sales tax (for TMobile).

No tax for AT&T when paying with gift cards, at least in CA

You may be right. February 2024 last time I purchased with $5 of $50. I'm not due until February on my AT&T yearly so will see what BF brings.

Yeah, TMo and some other carriers have sales tax. TMo for a couple years, now. I had a list I'll have to dig up. For a brief period, <$50 TMo didn't but that was more of a temporary glitch.

* Last year, Sept:
  • $40/$50 AT&T Prepaid - no taxes or fees
  • $40/$50 Verizon Prepaid - no taxes or fees
  • $40/$50 Cricket - no taxes or fees
  • $45/$50 Boost Mobile - no taxes or fees
  • $40 T-Mobile Prepaid - no taxes or fees
  • $50 T-Mobile Prepaid - taxes and e911 fee
  • $40/$199 Tracfone - taxes and e911 fee
  • $40 Total by Verizon - taxes and e911 fee
  • $50 Total by Verizon - No taxes or fees
  • $40/$50 Simple Prepaid - No taxes or fees

I need to refill two of the att prepaid $300 annual plans in the next month. First $100+100 order went through fine. Anyone know how many times you can do the deal online? I think last year with the 5 off $50, I could only do two per 24hr period (so it took me the whole 6 days) and any additional would get cancelled...

You don't have to split it up like the 5 off 50 deal. You can add 4x $100 for example and get $20 off.In your case might as well do 2x 300

I purchased $400 of ATT in 1 transaction... completed 2 Circle bonus's (spend $199, get a year free of Target Circle 360 (I don't know if this is of any value), and also (Earn a $30 circle reward for $295 spent, (already credited to my account)) the $30 bonus makes this a slickdeal, hope others have that offer.

I also use AT&T prepaid and sometimes I wonder why I don't switch to something cheaper like this one https:// dealquestnow.online/ f/18546577-us-mobile-super-week-299 (even their regular price is cheaper than AT&T prepaid). If possible, what's your reason to stay with AT&T?

During high-traffic situations, 3rd party MVNOs generally get deprioritized more than company-branded MVNOs

Currently I have a grandfathered plan for 9 lines for $140/mo. But most of them only have 5gb, so that is starting to be a problem. Most deals these days seem to be for single lines, and not a lot of discounts for multiple lines. I would like to get on unlimited though. If anyone has suggestions I'm open to it.

Don't forget to check your Target Circle accounts for BONUS offers.

I have this: Earn a $15 reward.
Spend $150 on qualifying purchases to earn $15 in Target Circle Rewards.

Expires in 20 days.

It's a cumulative offer. So I could spend $100 on phones cards today and say $50 on groceries in 2 weeks and that will trigger the Reward.

I get a $20/mo stipend from my employer so with the $5 off $50(if they ever run it again) deal at least it's almost free. My only gripe is I get like 1 bar at my house but calls and texts seem fine and I've of course have wifi so not a big deal just annoying.
