There is a drugstore forum with a dedicated CVS thread in it. Shouldn't this be in there?

Look in your coupon panel, its listed under BERTS BEES as the first product in the listing. Crest is part of the products in that coupon wording. $5/3 and the $1/1 crest as well, both come off.

CVS question, but not specifically this deal: has anyone experienced missing or delayed order confirmations? I placed an order for pick up this morning. I see the pending charge on my credit card, but I did not receive an email. And the order does not show up in the online order history. The coupons I applied no longer show in my account. It didn't even occur to me to screenshot the order confirmation because this has never happened to me before. Sorry for going OT.

Some stores don't open until 9AM local time on Sunday, and depending how well staffed they are, can take 1-2 hours to shop the order.

That said, you didn't get an initial 'we got your order' email? Usually you get that and then the order confirmation later on.

You can always call the store and check on your order, it's possible they haven't or couldn't fill it on their end.

If nothing gets packed at the store, the pending will fall off your credit card.

But you could get 3 tubes of Crest, 2 tubes of Colgate, and a Eucerin lotion for a $5 money maker yesterday. Why would you pay $2 for 3 tubes of Crest today? If you have a CVS card that gets good coupons, 2 tubes of Crest are free this week.

Thanks for the response. The store was open when I placed the order, but I think the issue was on the website side. I received the "we got your order" email about an hour and 45 minutes after it was placed. Then the ready for pick up about 10 minutes later. Just a weird delay, but I guess I should have been more patient.

Where do you see two tubes being free this week?

As for 'why would you pay" if you have a family of 4 or 5 people, you likely go through 4 tubes a month, and many have extra bucks to roll (they do expire in 30 days), so better to roll them on something you actually need and pay little or no oop. I used $6 in ECB today, will get $4 back, works for me.

The deal this week is buy one Crest toothpaste for $3.97 with a $1 dq and one Oral-B toothbrush with a $1 dq and get $4 EB. Some cards also have a $2 off $7 crt which makes the deal free.

A $5 money maker means that you pay $5 and get $10 EB back. If you have $5 EB from another deal, you can use it to pay. For your $5, you'll get 5 tubes of toothpaste and a lotion plus $10 EB. The deal ended yesterday and had been going on for 2 weeks as part of the Epic Beauty promotion. The deal wasn't spelled out. You had to figure it out.

My point is $1 per toothpaste is nothing to get excited about. You should always try for free or better and the max I would pay is 50 cents even if I'm getting a $10 tube.

I read online that the $1 dq may not be working on the $3.97 Oral-B toothbrush. There are posts online about a more complicated Crest deal than what I'm talking about. I'm not getting toothpaste this week so I haven't done the deal myself. There are some other things in the ad that I'm more interested in.

Hi, that's cool. Obviously if you don't need it, you don't need it. You're right, the Oral B isn't part of the extra $1/1 Q which is why I didn't include Oral B in the post. If you want to pay a $1 more you can add them to this deal as part of the 3 items. I was looking mainly to roll and can always use Tpaste. Plus I prefer Crest to Colgate so I try to do the Crest deals more, only if Colgate is totally free or MM do I bite. Wouldn't pay $2 for 3 Colgates net.

Agreed on the free aspect. As for the beauty deal, believe me, I did it twice mixing it up both weeks to make use of the Q's. The Crest Q from two weeks ago didn't reset for me on week 2 so I got other stuff.

Those $2/7 extra CVS Q's are very YMMV, great if you have it but I didn't. As for totally free crest TP I've found it is hard to score free Crest TP of late, usually running .50-$1 per after rewards back at CVS or Walgreens. Colgate deals are easier to come by, but as I said in another post, I think Crest is a better product overall, so I'll pay .50-$1 a tube if I have to, but typically only by rolling existing rewards so my OOP is minimal or zip.

1) Not everyone has the same CRT's.
2) Not everyone shops the same deals.

If your just shopping because you NEED it cheap is great.
If you are a wannabe extreme couponer then free or MM is the goal.

1.That's absolutely true and I said that in my post. I don't know why CVS gives everybody different coupons. We should all get the same ones. 2. Also true. That's why the Epic Beauty sale was so great. You could make your own deal with the $10 off $25 coupon for personal care and beauty. Past Epic Beauty sales have been better but I have no complaints about this one. 3. CVS makes it so that you have to buy things that you don't really want in order to get what what you do want and need. If you shop at CVS a lot, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. 4. You should always go for the best deal. Some people want things right away and/or are very brand specific and it's hard to save money that way. 5. Some weeks at CVS are better than other weeks. For me, I like Pampers wipes, Nivea shave gel, and Gillette disp razors this week because I have some great coupons for them. 6. Crest is a mm this week if you do Ibotta and add other items to your order besides the $3.97 toothpaste. I'm not interested in the deal because I don't need more toothpaste and the deal is a pain. 7. I don't stockpile items except for a few things that I need but can't always get like Fusion razors, baby wipes, deodorant, and Tide pods (25 ct).
