UPDATE: THE SCAMMER ACCEPTED MY OFFER OF $27.38!!! The computer is scheduled to arrive Oct 10-22. Obviously, I'm not expecting any computer. The only question is whether eBay will discover the scam and cancel all orders. I'm so curious about this scammer, I think I'll make another offer for $7.64 and see if they accept. And maybe I'll try cancelling and see if they react. Maybe even send a couple of emails...

I did do a complete reinstall of Windows 11 on both and have not had any issues with that whole thing.
I had some problems with the Ace Magic when I first got it. The pretty LCD they advertised never worked and one of the USB ports was erratic - sometimes worked, other times just quit. I contacted Customer Support multiple times and never heard from them. However, given the minor issues I just kept using it.
For the prices I paid I would have to say I am happy with the two mini–PCs I bought - they certainly do save space on my desktop. However, with the lack of any response from Ace Magic Customer Support, I would not order another one of their products again.
