I'm a big Kiehl's fan but I had to unsubscribe from their emails bc they were literally emailing me every other day.
I wish they had an option to just get like one email per week.
But I do need some toner.

End result: I don't buy their products any longer. Maybe they'll learn.
I wouldn't exactly call 30% rare, it shows up multiple times a year although different names.
Last fall the sales were Sept: F+F30%; Oct: BOGO on many of their more popular items; Nov: BF 30% + 6pc gift.
Ultra Facial Cream, which I use and love, has been 50% or BOGO three times this year. In fact the 2pk (4.2oz + 8.4oz) is currently $66 at Nordstrom [nordstrom.com].
That being said 30% is usually when I pull the trigger on less common items.
30% off is an ok price for the products. Once or twice a year, you can get the facial cleanser for 50% off but its hard to grab that sale as its usually a one day sale at ulta or sephora. When buying the ultra facial cream, look up the per unit price. They sell them in various sizes and some sizes will be cheaper than others and not necessarily the largest one as you would expect. Look out for gift sets during the holiday season.
