We have this vacuum and it's actually really great. It has strong suction and is easy to carry around. I bought it when it was $75 to get the extra battery, and just took a chance on the vacuum. We've been very happy with it.

we have several Hart tools and I wanted an extra battery so that's why I initially got this one. A single battery costs $60, so for $15 extra I got a vacuum.

where to get extra battery from?

I assume they mean that they bought this JUST to get a 4.0Ah battery. The MSRP of this battery is $90, so getting it for $75 is a good deal, and happens to include a vacuum.

This is a pretty common strategy for tool & battery systems (DeWalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, etc.)
