they have to make an account and verify their credentials. you can also try EPP if your employer participates.

amazon.com has it for 269, guess I rather pay a bit extra to not bother anyone.

EDIT: Microcenter also has it for same price as Amazon, but if you live in Florida... they are having a no tax month so it would be cheaper than Amazon then except you'd have to drive there.
