You shouldn't really be using the same soap on your body as you do your hair.Shampoo is specially formulated to strip dirt and oil from your hair without damaging it. The pH is also different than that of body wash. A 3 in 1 is ineffective at all 3 of those things since it's not formulated for a specific area. It's most likely formulated to be "good enough" for both. It may clean your hair OK, but it's probably damaging it. Or it's damaging your skin barrier while not thoroughly cleaning your hair. I get the appeal of efficiency, but you have to choose between that and effectiveness+potential damage when it comes to this kinda stuff. Having a pp doesn't mean you shouldn't pamper yourself at least a little bit. Get some hydrating or exfoliating (or both in 1!) body wash and some decent shampoo and conditioner. Maybe even a leave in treatment of some kind. I also put sweet almond oil all over my body as soon as I get out of the shower so I'm super soft for a couple days. You deserve nice things too.

Suave really hurt their reputation with the hair loss debacle.... That being said I will stick to Nivea products, but I used to use a lot of Suave products in the past. Nivea almost all their products are over 90% natural with few synthetics, so less to worry about.
