Lockly is a fairly well-established company that's been around for a while, and this specific product has pretty good reviews. As always, YMMV, but it seems like a good deal.

I replaced my Eufy lock with this a couple of days ago, so far I like it much better. I even ordered the version with the keypad and wifi from ebay because it works so much better. The eufy lock is junk compared to this. Always was confused about its state, fingerprint reading took a long time and it actually kept jamming so I had to apply a lot of force to open it from the inside. This one reads quickly, lock seems to have more torque and is faster.

I have had totally opposite experience with eufy been using for 4 years now. I have two eufy locks and they just work. I use them with home assistant

I got 3 of these locks recently for $39.99 each from Sidedeals.com. Install was easy, fingerprint reader seems quick and accurate. Lockly has 3 different app in the Google Play Store, 2 will work with the lock (labeled Lockly and Lockly Home). I know this because Lockly advertises a feature they call OAC - offline access codes. You're supposed to be able to provide a QR code and a PIN to someone, the QR code will bring up a PIN pad on their phone that's connected to the lock, and the PIN can be used to unlock it. This is all done without needing an app. This feature is missing in the both apps for me, so I contacted Lockly support. It's been 2 weeks of back-and-forth, currently waiting for an engineer to look into it. They claim their wifi hub is required to have OAC, which also wasn't clear.

Also worth noting is the lock cylinder is a 6-pin Schlage. Most resident deadbolts I've found are 5-pin. I'm in the process of replacing the cylinder in 2 new Schlage deadbolts with 6-pin, so that I can rekey all the locks to use the same key. Personally I think rekeying locks is fun, but this has been more steps and expense. One option I've read about is to rekey 6-pin cylinders to work with 5-pin keys by removing the 6th pin entirely when rekeying.

Would like to try this but rekeying locks is a huge hassle if you want to only have one key for everything.
