I am sipping on it right now. I've owned it for many years and it's my favorite of many insulated tumblers. this design is great. it won't tip over and it keeps drinks cool without having to use the lid and it's easy to clean.

Just don't put these in the dishwasher. They will start to flake and chip. Mine were only run through the dishwasher a handful of times and now they look horrible.

My go-to for vacation trips. Holds up well. I had it for 5 years and it still looks brand new.I prefer the ones you can freeze for at home.

You should return it to Stanley. They have a lifetime warranty on this product and they say it's dishwasher safe!
