Long story short, I saw multi-buy but not 25% for peppermint - best price was $13.XX (mind you, my existing S&S subscription for a single 4-pack is $11.87 - so prices are inflated for this deal). Then tried wintergreen - more problems. I could see 25% and multi-buy but the 25% wasn't showing at checkout and Clean Breath isn't on the eligible items list but Pure Fresh is. Went back to peppermint and ended up with $8.80 for 2 X 4-packs.
Good luck and keep trying.
