Apply $100 off of $500 coupon AEUS100 at checkout

Precoupon price is $566 - $100 = $466They do have a few other listings where the precoupon price is $550 and it would be $16 less. I didn't feature those as inventory seems to be limited on them.

Poor mans P1S, but I'm upvoting because competition is healthy and I want all these vendors to succeed.

(I mean I really want the Snapmaker U1 to be the new standard everyone fights for -- but we gotta start somewhere).

I really hope that snapmaker gets reviewed well once alot of people have it. I print too many multicolor prints but am not going to spend what the current options cost. I'm too chicken to preorder it in case it's a flop lol.

I'm sure. Not a lot of printers can do what it is advertised to do in the same price range. I'm not adverse to pre-ordering. I did so with the Centauri Carbon and couldn't be happier.

Got it for about the same price a few weeks ago, maybe a bit higher. Having been using it to print PLA and PETG without issues. I don't own any other printers so no point of comparison but I'm fairly happy with this given its price.

I bought the non enclosed version for 240 earlier this week, wish this had shown up sooner

Buy the machined aluminum bed frame and some aftermarket nozzles at the same time. I have two of these and both beds, and the replacements, turned into tacos the first time I tried to run ABS or ASA. There are no supports under the back corners of the beds and they aren't made very well, so the warp. If you only do low temp stuff like PLA you might be OK. The strain gauge setup for self leveling is also crap, doing a little grinding and adding washers helps with that. Overall they have been pretty bad, having to spend $100 to try and make a brand new printer work blows. I have a bunch of different Flashforge printers that all work great, I should had bought two more AD5X instead of these. Just search Anycubic first layer or bed leveling issues for more info.

It flopped on me. Thankfully anycubic accepted a full return.

You are in luck today, as I am a self proclaimed "King of S1C" after countless number of hours of diagnosing these units.
I own 2x S1C with 8 color on each. I bought these 2 after much success with Kobra 3 combos. Boy, was I wrong. I SPENT LITERALLY over 100 hours tinkering with this unit, mainly the auto leveling issues that you had. I literally took the entireunit apart including every screw, motherboard, print circuit board, axis, etc. Replaced almost every part of the printer and still had a bad 1st layer.
After some time, I realized it was not the hardware issue but it was a simple flaw in the nozzle wiper. When the nozzle extrudes and goes over the wiper, it does not clean it completely and begins the auto leveling with a bit of filament at the tip. This throws off the leveling and ends upt with a poor 1st layer. This is due to the ptfe style wiper that is used in S1.
As soon as I replaced the wiper with kobra3/A1 style wiper with a filament poop chute plastic, the problem was immediately resolved. Printed almost 500hours+ without any 1st layer issues.
You can thank me now.

I don't pay enough attention becuase of how many printers have been coming out recently. Hard to keep up. But this one definetely caught my eye.

I measured almost 2mm of difference across the beds, auto leveling working isn't going to fix that. That's as thick as a nickel difference from one spot to another on the same bed.

Did you contact them for a replacement? They are quick to respond and send the replacement parts right away. 2mm is definitely a hardware defect. They will send you the entire bed.
