If it isn't listed on http://projectorcentral.com you shouldn't buy it.

Is this a good projector for outdoor viewing in the early evenings (not total darkness). Thinking of setting up an outdoor movie sessions for the kids in the neighborhood.

You win. I went to the database and there was no mention of the brand. My apologies.

Awesome little projector, and it is quite efficient @ 200W. Though, Google TV is a bit laggy at times. This portable beats my full fledge Optoma projector, in color, resolution, sound, & price. Mine is installed inverted (replacing my optoma) and the nebula autofocus is amazing. I bought mine brand new, not sure how good amazon/anker direct refurbished stuff is.

This is a bummer. I actually have an Epson ef12 and the responsiveness is pretty good. But I had an anchor nebula X1 for about a month. And given how expensive it was, it was also very laggy, kind of like what you're describing. It seemed really sad that the Epson I have is more responsive than the nebula. I ended up returning it in part, because the lag was driving me nuts.

I notice that with android tv (nvidia shield tv). However, it is not laggy all the times. It is laggy after boot-up, and it will freeze once in a while there after, I need to keep clicking back button. Once it plays something, it is not a problem, UI is the issue. This is a temporary issue for me as I will be using a mac mini, so this lag would not be a problem anymore. So depending on the use case, this projector may not be suitable for you.
