I have this and hate it. All my tortillas come out very uneven (and yeah I know what I'm doing). That said, it's a good price.

I have this as well works fine for me.Nothing like some fresh tortillas from the masa they sell at my local Hispanic grocery store.

I have this thing and I love it.I press it then give the tortilla a half turn and press again.They turn out perfectly even.(I actually do know what I'm doing.)Have also made roti and naan. Works ok but I prefer a rolling pin for thicker breads.

I also have it agree with you both. I do one side then the other. It's not perfectly even but it's pretty good.
I do regret not buying a bigger one though. These things make tiny tortillas.
