Other than those issues, this laptop seems quite capable. I'm not too picky, but the backlit keyboard is decent, and it comes with a number pad. Yes, the construction is plastic, but it's sturdy enough. I'm not purposely trying to bend it like reviewers on Youtube do. Speakers have a wide soundstage but lack bass, which is typical for most laptops. At the end of the day, if you're just looking for a decent laptop to do everyday things, this is a very good value and can serve you for probably the next 5-7 years (or longer if you're stingy like me).
Not going to get into the CPU-centric performance: it is a powerhouse. It is known.
Regarding the iGPU: very impressive, and options to increase performance from stock. Windows power plan has a setting to allow higher performance when plugged in. AMD software allows you to "allocate" up to 4GB as "VRAM.". This isn't actually necessary... the system will allocate system ram as VRAM as a game requires it (and beyond 4GB), but some games will refuse to run if they do not see X amount of VRAM, and there seem to be some other minor positives re: 1% lows etc when doing this.
I didn't check the bios to see if you can "allocate 8GB" as some people do -- because it is not beneficial.
Furthermore, the AMD software has advanced alot since this iGPU came out. There are now options to increase performance and/or battery life via driver-level upscaling (is the game doesn't need to support it natively); dynamic resolution (software will drop Rez when necessary to keep frame rate), and this tech that claims to reduce frame rate based on what you are doing in-game... thereby saving power. This could be great for a top-down 4X game, when you aren't moving the map.
All told this system can run games about as fast as a 1050ti - 1650. It meets the recommend requirements for just about every game from mid/late 2010's; it will run new games at reduced settings.
What else do you want for $425??
Also, regarding it's wireless card: I have had 0 problems. I can stream Cyberpunk with path tracing from another PC, to this machine, wirelessly, without any problem. No problems using speed test or stability tests (ping).
A really good deal 👍

Sorry, I'm not trying to be a dick. But comments like these mystify me.
Metal makes a big difference.

Obviously, you bring a lot of relevant knowledge to the table here. I see that you did reference said context, but maybe next time highlight that info for the benefit of dummies like me who aren't as intimately familiar with the landscape as you are.
All that said: I still maintain that $12 would be a better deal.
EDIT: clarification
BUY BUY BUY..
Forget support. You won't get any. But the value proposition is there.
The iGPU is only 10% or so slower than a 1050ti mobile.
The screen is probably trash, but who knows. I'd roll them dice.

So the plastic chassis is allegedly quite flimsy, you're gonna have to baby it. The 45% ntsc screen, which = to 70% srgb is not as colorful.
Comparable to recent deal.
We have the omnibook x flip refurb, going for $430.
So that has a rather also disappointing screen 62% srgb, but it flips and supports pen.
And the Chassis is metal.
AND it has the latest zen 5 350 processor equivalent to the 6800h but uses less power.
It has 24gb soldered ram but, that's at 7500mt/s so the iGPU will be a bit faster from it.
They're pretty close honestly, but what's the Metal worth in terms of durability. We'll probably see $400ish for that omnibook x flip during the coming holiday.
Long term, you can find repair parts for the omnibook probably, can we find parts for the Nimo ?
Nimo, do $330. $330 is the mark.
Where is the onion for $430?

I mean, to be fair, I could see me pulling the trigger at $11

I refreshed and added to cart from scratch, and it dropped the price to $425 as you would expect. Was delivered next day, had to sign.

Same here, I could not find a place to put in coupon, be it at the product page, or at check out. Black or Rose Gold, no coupon options, for Top Prime Service in NIMO store
They moved it. It is under your payment type, it offers the option to add a promo code there.
