Imagine how much subconscious/subliminal information you can stuff into all 456 25th frames this monitor can display!

I really detest how the industry moved away from "4k", "5k" etc and now has to shroud 2560x1440 (2.5k) into something that sounds like top of the line like: "QHD".

2.5k has been around for 15 years...

This is still too expensive.

QHD is not a new term, this is expensive because it's OLED, (27" is perfectly fine for that resolution, I wouldnt do 4k at any less than 32", but that's just my opinion)

I hear ya but also this is for gaming. 1440p in gaming has not been available for many for that long. Also, gaming tech has moved towards refresh rate and frames over resolution. In addition, OLED is just now coming to monitors. So for new tech 240hz and OLED from a known name brand it hits a sweet spot for price vs new tech. I do wish these OLEDs would drop though because I want one for sure but they are about near where supply and demand are putting them.

Its 480hz. It's not possible to drive a 4K screen that fast, either by graphics card or even cable bandwidth. If you don't realize that, then this monitor isn't for you.
