just a heads up for those who don't read labels, this "protein" supplement is only 45% protein. you're getting an awful lot of junk (sugars, fat, empty calories) with this one.

32g of protein
9g of fat
22g of carbs

13 servings.

OK by me, but yeah, more than a lot of people want.

This is a good supplement and it has been around a long time. Take supplements based on the goal you are trying to achieve. This is good for gaining weight and building muscle. Wouldn't use for cutting.

This is NOT the stuff you want if you're on a calorie deficit and trying to lose weight, FYI.

Obligatory "horrible macros" but they really are bad. So much filler and it takes 2 scoops (70g) to get 32g of protein. If you scale the serving size to other brands that have around 24g or protein per 1 scoop, it's about 200 calories which makes it seem not as bad, but the better brands usually only have 120-130 calories per 24g. At least it has 6g of fiber?

This protein: 2.4 cents/g protein, 8.4 cal/g protein
Optimum Nutrition: 2.6 cents/g protein, 5 cal/g protein
ON is $49.99 in-store at Costco right now for 5.64 lb bag (80 servings)

Skim milk ($3/gal): 2.3 cents/g protein, 10.6 cal/g protein

Good for protein ice cream/Ninja Creami recipes (less so for post-workout/shakes if looking to cut/in a calorie deficit)

I'm getting $8.75 after coupon and s&s. 13 weight gaining servings for $8.75. If you're dieting/cutting, then yeah obviously this isn't for you so move on.

There's NEVER any mass gainer slick deals on here so this would be kinda close. But is this a good idea to take for the extra calories? I need the cals, but not if i'm putting myself on the verge of health issues...

$8.86 was my final price! It may not be the perfect protein powder but at this price, I couldn't pass it up!
