Expensive proteins contains lots of sucralose which is also bad for you so chill out broski.
Totally. I mean, can even work well in a Ninja Creami recipe if concerned about the macros for post-workout purposes.
For context(what I use) MyProtein Whey;
240 Calories for 60g, including 4g fat and 44g protein.
There are much better options out there.

Funny thing is, when the calories...err macros are within their arbitrary limits, then they complain about the protein ratio (by weight) or the inclusion of (more) artificial sweeteners. You can't make them happy. They want the mAcRoS of tuna but yet it still taste like a 2000 calorie slice of triple chocolate cheesecake all the while being completely naturally sourced and less than $2 per pound....
