I bought reusable draws a few times and always reverted back to plastic because I didn't like how hard metal or plastic tubes were and that I had to clean them.

Not sure what that has to do with a post about glass straws (which I have always stuck in the dishwasher w/o problems)....but neat !

id recommend getting silicone straws but then I see you don't want to wash it. i personally like stainless steel and silicone straws.
