This is a dumb way to screw over all of your brothers and sisters who have access to the exchange network of stores. One of the biggest benefits of AAFES and the Navy/USMC equivalent is that we don't need to deal with the vultures out in the general public, don't ruin that by being a dirtbag.
I suppose I could put my 3090 in an egpu for my Legion Go :o
edit: what have I done
I ordered it
edit 2: $1800 seems pretty good I guess. Would have been $2000 + tax elsewhere if even in stock.

I've seen people on FB marketplace locally selling these for 2300 too. Seems like a lot of money to hold on. I really don't need a super high end gpu anyways

How fast was the approval and ability to use the star card?
So I had it ready and sitting for this, which I didn't plan on buying originally since I'm very happy with my 3090 still (which I only paid $750 open box back in the day for).
I don't think there's enough profit there. I personally don't want a FE.
That said, you also risk losing your exchange privileges because doing this is spelled out in terms of service.

Not gonna do it. Agreed it's too much trouble and not worth the risk. Wish I could afford a $2000 graphic card
Surprised it still showing available. The last 2 times I missed it because it sold out while getting my dad's info to sing into his account. And 2nd time it sold out while in cart. While I was entering payment and shipping info. That was around July 27th. Been looking for a few weeks because my current PC broke. Built it 8 or 9 years ago. And that was using a GTX 1080. Built and then a month later the very first RTX cards got announced and release. Anyone know if they have purchase limits? My cousin is looking to build a PC as well. And he hasn't had any luck finding a GPU either.
I do not need one that powerfull or expensive (9070 XT, 5075 ti) ect....
I don't game nearly as much as I used to.. but I usually sit tight and wait for a To version 2 generations ahead of what I have. This deal is tempting.. but damn.. $2000 for a GPU? π
