You're far better off not taking this. Contains soybean oil. You want coconut oil, or something like cold pressed oil.

NatureWise on Amazon has a good decent vitamin d. Alternatively, find one without any oil. Then just take your vitamin after a meal that has fat. Vitamin d is hard to absorb without fat, that's why it's added. However, multivitamins have vitamin d with no fat, so just use the fat from your food.

I did not know that about the soybean oil and olive oil. after quick Google search like olive oil is the way to go
