Yes, assuming you are primarily interested in GBA games. 3:2 is perfect for that but sub optimal for other retro systems. The d-pad is also a bit small but other than that this is a good system with a sharp display and the price is fairly competitive.
I'm more interested in emulating NES, Super Nintendo, and Genesis.
Then this system will still work for those, but it will either play full screen with the scaling a bit off, or have perfect scaling but produce an image with slight black bars around the left and right sides.
