These are 18/0. That means they have no nickel in them (that would be thus called 18/10) and so they are (generally speaking) more likely to rust and more likely to become less shiny over time than higher-quality 18/10 flatware. Generally speaking the best quality is 18/10. If you want something cheap this is fine, but given that flatware usually lasts time measured in the decade-ish length or more, it's better to get 18/10 flatware first, initially. Even with a decent brand name attached, I'd focus on 18/10.
