no, don't buy these Amazon basics. it's garbage. I have bought it in past in good quantities and only regretted since. barely holds charge and these are fat too some products don't give battery compartment bigger then it needs to be so only use throw batteries fit and these particular Amazon basics one don't go in there. it's a pain & hassle

Wife uses them for fake candles, I use them for Xbox controller, kids toys, tv remote, etc and have only had 1 battery die. What's the problem?

put some efforts in reading past threads of these batteries. no one will repeat all that knowledge again and again. I answered the question and that's all. it's on the individual to research or throw the money and see for yourself. have a good day!

Put some effort into lifting some weight so you can put in the batteries. They are not too thick, you're just weak.

People have very mixed experience with Amazon rechargeables.

Personally, I've had good experience with the regular-capacity rechargeables, but these high-capacity ones have given me problems. Additionally, they're too wide to fit in a few of my devices, or will get stuck inside of them.

I personally recommend sticking with the regular capacity IF there are on sale and somebody wants to roll the dice, or just buying a different brand.
