The full 24 piece set of these with case and these eight bits included I believe is usually a sale price for $19.99 and clearance for $14.99 at Lowe's stores occasionally and there are sometimes other sets near that price point with a wider variety of bits..to my mind, $12.30 is not a deal and if you're not in a hurry, you could hold out until these prices are available again.
