For the moment, yes, but Nintendo raised the MSRP to $89.99 a few days ago. Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc. have all raised their prices accordingly. It remains to be seen whether Costco does the same.

This has been out of stock at Costco for at least the past week. I assumed it wouldn't come back at this price due to tarrifs.

It starts the switch 2 remotely when it's sleeping. The switch 1 pro controller cannot do that to the switch 2.

If you don't have a Costco membership and you're fine with rolling the dice on GameStop's preowned inventory, they've got them for $74.69 used: https://www.gamestop.com/gaming-a...26150.html
Looks like they're in-stock for shipping and just shy of the $79 free shipping threshold, but store pickup is generally a safer option so that you can inspect the controller in person first.

For PC emulators, even a generic Switch compatible controller should work well. I used the original Pro controller first and then when I migrated to Switch 2 I bought that 8bit controller to run emulators.
