United, Southwest and American have round trip airfares travelling to and from Chicago (ORD) and Phoenix (PHX) for $129, nonstop. These are basic economy fares, a restricted-type fare. On American and Southwest, you may have a personal item and a carry-on bag. On United you may only have a personal item. There is no seat selection and no change. If you are on travelling with children, you will be seated together as per United and American's policy.
