A few other options available in this promotion. I also got a Rao's sauce:

Why did they have to ruin it with the red chili peppers??? I don't know about anyone else but my tongue won't be tasting any "delicate herbs" or truffles after it's been numbed by a "nuanced kick."

For those who are sodium sensitive: one serving, 1/2 cup, has 1130mg of sodium, or 49% RDA. Wouldn't bother me at all as I love salty food.

Wouldn't bother me. Not only do I love salty food, but I'm also one of the few who have reverse sodium sensitivity. In other words, sodium actually lowers my blood pressure. I've been eating 2-3x the RDA since my 20s and I've never had hypertension. As an experiment, I once ate a Chinese takeout meal, 2 cans of soup (about 66% of RDA each) and an entire bag of potato chips within 3 hrs. Had about 48oz of liquid in me and never went to the bathroom. My BP stayed around my normal of 109/76. In contrast, when I ate the RDA level of sodium for a week combined with potassium (to excrete excess sodium), my BP went up to 128/85.

So my heart thanks you for that info!

PS - I'm not as lucky as it sounds because excess sodium causes organ damage. Basically doctors don't know what to do with people like me.

Unless you're leaving out more extreme examples of what happens to your blood pressure when you have "low" sodium, it seems like an easy choice of actually sticking to a relatively low/regular sodium diet? 128/85 is still considered fairly normal range.

Price was back to normal $13.49 but with 50% off made it $6.74 (not $5.56). Still a great deal and got one. Also grabbed some of the Rao's Limited Reserve sauces that were also 50% off sale. Thanks OP.

The Laurel, Maryland Olive Garden tomato sauce sommelier suggests a beautiful Chef Boyardee canned sauce to pair with the endless bread sticks. But the truffles in this sauce blow my mind when dipping frozen TGIFridays mozzarella sticks cooked medium-well with a light crunch. The 2021 Rao's Limited Edition Rosé was a delight too.
