Worth it? I've seen others share here to say "just get the cheap ones... shit is going to happen... don't bother with higher priced blades." That makes sense. But maybe there are exceptions and something like this would be good to have around?

Honestly, no. I've used both cheap and expensive, and they both wear out. Maybe these wear out a little bit later, but it's just not worth it when you can buy like 20 cheap ones for the same price.

Have you used these though? These aren't jus "expensive" - it's a relatively new to use carbide teeth on multi tool blades

I used these as well as their multi material ones. I couldnt even cut through copper with the multi material blades while these i cut through multiple and still look like new.

mixed reviews however still seems like a slick deal anyway considering harbor freight sells their carbide blades for $15 each.

I highly disagree with those saying these are not worth it here. I've learned two things over the years: not all oscillating tools are created equal and the blade really matters.
Currently, the Milwaukee Surge oscillators are somehow amazingly faster than any of the other brands. I'm not sure what makes them different but easily 2x the cutting speed vs. the Dewalt one I had before, which was only 2 years old when I replaced it. Then I found these carbide blades and coupled with the surge, it's incredible the cutting speed difference. While handy, oscillating tools are slow and kind of suck vs. circular/reciprocating/jigsaws/anything. The cut speed difference using these + a surge oscillating tool, it makes all the difference. Because the cut is so much faster, you end up with less heat and less situations where you are burning wood waiting for blades to cool so you don't smoke them dull. I do a lot of restoration work on old houses and this aspect matters alot.
