In for one! It's ridiculous how little connectivity information there is, though. You'd think they'd bother to mention what cable type(s) it takes, any wireless, etc. Based on reviews, it sounds like it has Bluetooth for some functions and either a proprietary or mini-USB cable input. Can anyone confirm?
Anyway, my younger daughter is neck-deep in the PLTW tech curriculum, taking pre-calc and principles of engineering this year, but her HS bans phones (which I love!), so a dedicated graphing calculator justmakes sense. This is exactly the one she wanted. Hope it lasts a few years!
The TI-84 at Target does not show "Python" near the top. Are these the same models?
Yes. I first ordered from Target for $120 and they sent me one with Python. I returned it and then ordered for $95 from amazon. I think they are in the process of clearing out any non-python and changing them out.

Thanks. I am deciding between buying now from Amazon or waiting until Target drops their price since I have a Target Circle 15% off promo, but there is ano item that I want to get and that sale price expires today.

Removed mention of Python - I didn't realize there was a difference as the product images show Python but the description/titles don't mention it.
THe Walmart item title does mention Python - "Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus CE Python Graphing Calculator". That is why I am confused. Is this the same item at each retailer?

It's mini usb. Cemetech.net has a bunch of apps you can transfer to it from a computer

According to Wikipedia, TI replaced the TI-84 Plus CE with TI-84 Plus CE Python in 2021. So most likely Target never got around to updating their product listing. Reviews and Q&As on Target indicate they got Python too.

Interesting, but weird that they didn't take a beat to update the mini-USB with anything newer.

Target now has them for $95...and at Target you have a choice of the different colors, not just black.
