I love mine. I got two of these in May to replace an old HP small form factor desktop, and a laptop. They both work great. I bought a 64GB RAM kit for the primary one to see just how much better it would run. Then of course the RAM prices went up before I had time to test drive it.
Heads up that these refurbs will not come with the VESA mount.

Anyone know the low load power consumption is for it?

My primary one has a couple USB drives plugged into it, USB keyboard & mouse, and both HDMI ports in use. I run a lot of browser tabs and a stock market app all day. It averages around 100W measured by a TP-Link smart plug with power monitoring.
My second one just has a USB-C dock connected to go to DisplayPort monitors and also a ton of browser tabs. It averages 70W.
