Im curious, to treat what exactly? I have plenty of Japanese maples, but have exclusively been using this on my boxwood and arborvitae for spider mites

Clarification using actual scientific facts:
Many things, natural and human-created, lead to higher rates of cancer. California has a law that requires consumers to be aware that there are evidence-based studies showing this and products must have proper warnings because historically speaking, citizens of the USA are scientifically ignorant.
I'm not sure why people are mad that they're being warned about something potentially dangerous. Those are the same people that probably believe that CA is a socialist dump but then take a vacation there.
