I use it on everything. Seems one of the few things that you can't over do.

Probably banned because "safe for organic gardening" is "too liberal".

The same brand's spinosad-based insecticide is also on sale at a price that's cheaper per ounce, and doesn't appear to have any shipping restrictions. Spinosad is generally more effective than neem oil anyway. It's naturally produced by certain bacteria.

Im curious, to treat what exactly? I have plenty of Japanese maples, but have exclusively been using this on my boxwood and arborvitae for spider mites

2oz per gallon, so the 16oz size will make 8 gallons. The instructions for the neem oil specify a range of anywhere from 0.8 to 3 oz per gallon.

Organic causes cancer in Texas. Granted, everything causes cancer in CA.

Clarification using actual scientific facts:
Many things, natural and human-created, lead to higher rates of cancer. California has a law that requires consumers to be aware that there are evidence-based studies showing this and products must have proper warnings because historically speaking, citizens of the USA are scientifically ignorant.

I'm not sure why people are mad that they're being warned about something potentially dangerous. Those are the same people that probably believe that CA is a socialist dump but then take a vacation there.
