I decided to give this a try: $16.87 after tax. Apparently, there was only one left at a low price. I hope it ships. I don't expect much for the price, I will return it if it winds up being a complete piece of junk.
UPDATE: Deal is still available... apparently I purchased the first one I saw which was a little bit less (description was used and not as good condition as OP posted). I moved down and saw the $16.36 item.

I'm sure everyone who wants to get a turntable is tired of everyone ragging on all the cheap options... BUT nothing without a counterweight is ever decent. Practically any suitcase player is a waste of your money.
I'm all for folks getting into vinyl. I think it's a great way to listen to music in a more engaging and mindful way. However, don't get this. It will ruin your records. The cheapest turntable that won't cause damage is the LP60.
