The same quality sound that you'll get from the radio, so not amazing. For people with older cars without Bluetooth, these are sometimes the only option. I use one in one of my cars, a 2004 Lincoln Town Car. Aftermarket dash stereos don't play well with the factory sound system, amplifier, and subwoofer, or steering wheel controls (expensive adaptors needed) so one of these is better than spending $500+ for slightly better sounds quality and the same quality of life.
