I picked up a very similar skytech 7700x and rtx5070 for about $1550 before taxes a few months ago. Very satisfied with my purchase. Pc shipped with expanding foam inside to support the GPU and outside. No cosmetic damage at all. No bloatware either

Not a bad price. Wish I could see what actual MB they are using, the sourcing details matter. I just built a similarly spec'd system for a friend, so I'm familiar with the basic pricing.

Generally they use whatever is cheaper / they can get their hands on.

This case is actually the Geometric Future M5. I have the gray version and I love it - it has a unique design with the power supply in the front, it supports 140mm fans all around, and it has just the right balance between case size and the size of the internal components (it's relatively low profile compared to a lot of cases in case you're trying to fit it somewhere)

Shows out of stock. Love the CPU/GPU and case, just not the green version of it.
