You may want to abort when you read "Full HD"

For this GPU, FHD is the right choice. If you want to run most games at a decent frame rate, this config and panel work. If this was a QHD panel, you would see more performance issues.

Not necessarily, older games can run RTX 5060 with higher settings at 1440p.

Not to mention this is a 15.6" screen. No reason to go above 1080p.

Honestly a 60 series GPU laptop for $1K is not slick.

The specs are a good match, but the price is too high for the performance you'll get.

This isn't that great of a deal- but the screen being 1080p isn't the problem. The price is just overall too high for a 60 series GPU.

Im surprised how they were able to pair a 2022 CPU with a 2025 GPU! Wow

This laptop is fine but not a crazy deal. Like if you need something this week, this is solid. If you have time, you can probably do better at this price point or a few hundred more.

Main problem with this from a use perspective is the 13th gen I7 probably means the battery life is rough. Like 3-4 hours brand new for web browsing/basic work when new, sub 2 hours at 3 years.

And that 300 NITS... you can't see the screen outdoors or in a bright room.

400 NITS is probably the bare minimum but 500 NITS and above is recommended.

To get a perspective how low 300 NITS is, modern top of the line phones are above 1000 NITS nowadays and they can even dynamically hit 2000..
